I have thick, long color-treated hair. Not only does this smell fantastic, I only need a quarter-sized amount to get a full lather. It is the best shampoo on the market and I have tried them all.

Shipping is too much

While I love the shampoo, the shipping cost is outrageous. You ship ground advantage which is very affordable for 1 bottle of shampoo. I have a small business and know costs. I know you can get free over $75, but if you just need a bottle it is ridiculous. Even a couple dollars off would make a difference. I"m looking for another shampoo because of it. Cant find it locally and rarely is there a sale. I've been using this for years but I'm getting tired of the high shipping just based on principle. I almost feel like i"m not appreciated as a customer when the shipping rate is higher than any other business I have ever seen.
