How To Use

After shampooing and conditioning, apply to wet hair mid-lengths through ends. Leave on for 2 - 3 minutes and rinse. Short Hair: 1 pump / Medium Hair: 2 pumps / Long Hair: 3 pumps.

Just ok. Good and bad

Pros - it creates a lot of slip that is noticeable before you even brush your hair. Definitely minimizes tangling. Tames frizz and adds shine.

Cons: after one use my hair feels very rough and dry no matter how much oil or leave in I use. I do use the smooth line of shampoo, conditioner, leave in and drops. Usually my hair is ultra soft. Now it feels like it’s on protein overload. It feels coarse now. Hoping after a few washes with clarifier and a good overnight mask that it softens back up.

Just as promised

Received my samples of cuticle closer a week ago. I wash my hair twice a week because it’s extremely coarse, dry, wavy and thick. Used colorproof shampoo and masque prior to using the cuticle closer. Don’t love the scent of the closer but it works just as promised. My hair was soft and smooth and has remained so for the last 4 days. I let it air dry which usually takes 3 hours. With the sealer it took 2. I have just been on vacation in NYC where it rained all day every day for 3 days. Usually my hair would have gone frizzy no matter what product I used but it didn’t with the sealer. Love it and will definitely continue to use it.
