Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM PT to start processing on the next day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day and orders will generally arrive within 3 business days from when the order is processed. Expedited orders must be placed by 9:00 AM PT to start processing the same day and will arrive based on the transit time of the selected service. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. If your order contains a hazmat item, it will ship ground (2-8 days total delivery time).

For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico we offer USPS (Priority) shipping services. Orders $75 and over will be shipped free of charge with USPS Priority. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted items to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, we offer USPS Priority free on orders $75 and over. If your shipment contains restricted items, unfortunately we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box at this time. All restricted (Hazmat) items must be shipped via UPS Ground.
We apologize, however at this time we only offer shipping to the Continental United States (to include Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). For information on how to buy our products outside of the Continental United States and those included states, please contact email@example.com
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
Restricted Hazardous Items
Certain items considered hazardous materials include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, etc.) are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, we utilize UPS. Regrettably, these items cannot be shipped to P.O. Box Addresses, Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO/DPO.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located provided in the e-mail. To track an order on ColorProof.com, visit the My Account area and click on the order number. You will need to sign in to access your account information.
Tracking with Route
ColorProof is proud to partner with The Route, the leader in shipping protection and tracking solutions. All orders come with a premium protection plan FREE OF CHARGE TO YOU. In the unfortunate case that your order gets lost, damaged, or stolen, you can easily file a claim with The Route and they’ll take care of the rest. The Route will handle replacing your lost, stolen, or damaged order. *Subject to verification and approval*
To file a claim, you can do so via Route’s website at https://claims.route.com/ or on The Route App. (Or however you feel appropriate on the order or shipping confirmation email using iOS App Store or Google Play Android)
For Lost items, claims should be filed no earlier than 7 days and no later than 30 days from the last tracking update.
For Damaged items, file a claim within 15 days from when order was marked delivered. You will also need to provide photos of the damaged package and damaged item(s).
For Stolen items, please allow 5 days prior to filing a claim and no later than 15 days from when order was marked delivered. If your order was over $100, we require a police report.
**To expedite, please retain a police report within those 5 days. A police case number is required**
ColorProof products are guaranteed to provide unsurpassed color protection or your money back. If within 30 days of the date of purchase you have been exclusively using one of our products and are not satisfied with the performance, we will provide you with a full refund so long as there’s at least 50% of the product remaining.
For products purchased through Amazon.com, please follow Amazon’s return policy to obtain your refund.
Please follow the return instructions below:
- Fill out an online return request and upload a copy of your original receipt showing the purchase date.
- ColorProof will verify your purchase and send you a shipping label via email to return the unused portion in its original packaging along with the receipt.
- Once received, we will issue a refund of the purchase price (less shipping & handling).
Please allow 4 – 5 business days to process your return.
